What is Yoni Massage?

Love is the greatest healer blog Tantric Journey therapist Chris Michael

What is Yoni Massage?

Yoni, a beautiful Sanskrit term for the vagina, translates to ‘sacred space.’ In the realm of holistic tantric bodywork, Yoni massage stands out as a vital element. While not the sole focus, Yoni massage is a sensitive and respectful therapy designed to release negative emotions. It provides women with a profound, direct, and transformative feminine experience, fostering trust and surrender through sacred touch in a safe environment.

The Holistic Benefits of Yoni Massage

Yoni massage goes beyond physical sensations; it helps women release pent-up emotions, pain, and stagnant energy. This therapeutic approach nurtures authentic connections with sensuality, sexual energy, intimacy, and healthy revitalisation. Embracing a holistic approach to feminine well-being, Yoni massage becomes an integral part of a woman’s health-care routine, offering stress relief, emotional release, increased orgasmic potential, enhanced vitality, improved creativity, and deeper connections in relationships.

The Emotional Reservoir of the Yoni

The human body, especially the pelvic basin, can store unprocessed emotions due to trauma. Yoni, influenced by societal conditioning, sexual experiences, childbirth, and ancestral beliefs, may accumulate negative emotions. This emotional build-up can contribute to health issues like endometriosis and urinary tract infections. Professional Yoni massage training, such as that offered by Mal Weeraratne in London, serves as a specialist trauma release education, helping women achieve emotional and physical equilibrium.

Transformation through Yoni Massage Training

Women undergoing Yoni massage training often report feeling honoured, unconditionally loved, and fully awakened. With over three and a half thousand women treated, Mal Weeraratne’s unique tantric bodywork sessions and Yoni massage therapy training have transformed lives, providing a new perspective on life and feminine sexuality.

Many women carry shame and negative perceptions about their yonis, influenced by societal conditioning. Recognising the beauty of the yoni through Yoni massage empowers women to reclaim their feminine power, fostering a positive relationship with this sacred aspect of their bodies.

The Benefits of Yoni Massage

Yoni massage helps release tension and negative emotions stored in the yoni. By clearing stagnant emotions, shame, and guilt, women can experience deep, fulfilling orgasms and enhanced overall well-being. Yoni massage opens the gate for increased sexual well-being, improved self-esteem, creativity, and intimacy with oneself and others.

What Yoni Massage is Not:

It’s crucial to clarify what Yoni massage is not to dispel misconceptions. Yoni massage is not a purely erotic or sexual service. Unlike conventional massages that focus solely on physical relaxation, Yoni massage delves into emotional and spiritual aspects, aiming to release negative emotions stored in the pelvic region. It is not a quick-fix solution or a one-size-fits-all therapy; rather, it requires a holistic understanding and a commitment to personal growth. Yoni massage is not about performance or achieving specific goals; instead, it is a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and embracing the sacredness of one’s feminine essence. It is essential to approach Yoni massage with respect, openness, and a willingness to explore a deeper connection with oneself, devoid of preconceived notions about conventional massages or intimate encounters.

Exploring Yoni Massage: A Holistic Approach

While many places offer Yoni massages at a high cost, Mal Weeraratne emphasises the importance of education. Tantric Journey provides a cost-effective and empowering approach through workshops and community involvement, allowing individuals to understand and transform their own trauma.

Learning the Art of Yoni Massage

Tantric Journey offers 4-day basic clothes on workshop for you to learn, feel and exchange sessions with other course participants and also the opportunity to join a large Tantric Journey Community. This way your Tantric Journey is far cheaper and more productive and empowering.

Once you experience the clothes on bodywork and external energetical yoni massage and energy orgasms you could then proceed to the Tantric internal Yoni massage training where you learn and experience deeper healing and kundalini awakening through Amrita release (female ejaculation).

Here you can explore the testimonials from our students.

For a therapeutic yoni massage to be effective a woman needs to feel safe and loved. For this to happen one must develop trust within them to enable the yoni to fully surrender, then only the gates open to release trauma, Amrita, and sexual energy to flow throughout the body.

A therapeutic tantric Yoni massage session generally begins with consultation, establishing consent and boundaries, meditation, connection ritual and breathing exercises. The receiver will then be asked to take a shower, to aid relaxation and prepare her for the session. This is followed by a full tantric body massage, where the woman can unwind and relax, allowing herself to surrender and fully receive in private, sacred space.

The session begins and ends where a receiver wants it to. There is no agenda and there is no set treatment plan, the session will focus on what the receiver wants and feels. A Yoni massage has no goal at all. The session is about empowering the client and before the yoni is touched permission is always sought, and the whole session is directed by the receiver, she owns the session.

During Yoni massage training, Mal Weeraratne will perform a Yoni massage demonstration incorporating Trauma release through Amrita on a consenting model.

After training, you can arrange free sessions with women or men in the Tantric Journey Community, whoever you feel safe to continue the journey. All students are fully trained, having completed 40 case studies.

If you are open to learning about the features and benefits of a Yoni massage or would like to find out more, you can book a free telephone consultation with Mal Weeraratne.
