When you first consider the concept of holistic body therapy you may find yourself asking what are the benefits of holistic healing and what can holistic body therapy do to help me? Well, in short holistic body therapy goes to the root of the problem.
The Holistic approach to healing, unlike mainstream Western medicine does not use medication to cover the symptoms, but instead looks at the body as a whole. When we look at treating a person holistically then it is considered that everything affects everything; in other words no issue within the body is treated as a single entity, instead it is looked at how the body as a whole is out of balance.
