Heal with Tantra
Tantra is much more than only physical pleasure. It is far from the negative stereotypical perception that comes with a default warning. Tantra is all about connection on the inside and outside. It is a self-disciplining system to attain a higher happier realm using sexual energy.
Tantra is the creator of soul mates. Tantra dates back to the 5th – 9th century and is a Sanskrit word that means ‘expansion through awareness’, an ancient Eastern cultural tradition from India, China & Nepal. This ancient practice uses meditation, breathing exercises, yoga and mantras to weave the spiritual and physical in order to heal. The practice of Tantra helps heal past hurt often stored in the sexual centers of the body. And in return the healing aids to build a relationship with yourself and your loved ones in order to be more present in the moment and to be more open to love.
But in summary, despite the misconceptions of Tantra , it is about discovering yourself and discovering your partner to enter a vortex of happiness and harmony. Tantra can be practiced as an individual and together as a Tantric couple . Its sole purpose is to connect you to your inner selfthrough the energy centers called chakras and you to your partner’s through both your chakras systems.
According to André Padoux , an Indologist ,researcher and honory director of the French National Center for Scientific Research and author of many Indian philosophy publications, Tantra has main elements that are characteristic features to Tantra such as centrality of mantras, importance for a teacher or Guru, revaluation of the body, revaluation of mental states and lastly revaluation of the role and status of women.
Tantra is a catalyst for the following areas of concern. Have you ever wanted to do any of the following?
- To release both emotional and physical toxins from the body
- Enhance love, intimacy and sexuality
- Improve relationships
- Heal the body, mind and spirit
You need not have gone through a deeply disturbing or distressing event to mandatorily need the above; but it is wise to note that living in this day and age can automatically put you under one of the above points mentioned.
Compared to a decade ago, our lives now are so busy and stressful that it demands a lot of our energy and time. As the human race advances it is only natural to expect easier methods of living but unfortunately such methods also have its adverse effects. We are so caught up ‘surviving’ this thing called ‘life’ that we are not being a part of it but only segregating it as a harsh journey that one must toil and tumble to prove one’s worth. But whereas the actual purpose of life is to live it, be in it, create it, feel it and be life itself.
Therefore it is necessary to release emotional and physical toxins from your body. Emotional toxins are negative emotions such as sadness, regret, anger, worry and fear. And sometimes some of these emotions are not yours entirely; it can also be absorbed from other negative people from their energetic system (chakras) to yours. The release of negative emotions gives you the opportunity to develop positive emotions such as love, forgiveness, gratitude and humility, thusallowing you to connect with your partner and others in a much more intimate level.Physical toxins are stored in the form of chemicals in your body released due to stress, unhealthy eating habits, smoking, excessive drinking and lack of physical activity.
Sexuality is enhanced and embraced as you gain more self-confidence and self-esteem through accumulation of self-worth which in return improves your sexual relationship and intimacy with your partner as no ego or fear is present to bring in disconnection – only trust and love. With the new found path to positivity you attract life partners who only compliment your life and let go of any relationship that does not serve your soul.
Such harmony within you creates a harmonized reality that heals your mind, body and spirit. Tantra is ideal to bring back the balance in connection inside and on the outside.
