• Pay and park car parking space available Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm. Free parking all other times

• Check in time – 4pm
• Check out time – 11am
• Noise restrictions: No loud noise can be made in and outside the premises between 11pm and 8am

Rent:

• Per 1 day £250
• Per 2 days £450
• Per 3 days £650
• Per 1 Week £1,300

Payments:

• Refundable Security Deposit £200
• 25% none refundable deposit to make a reservation
• Balance to be paid one month before arrival date
